These Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms of Use") apply to HempLife’s web site located at ("Hemplifeco.in"). The Site is the property of HempLife.
BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.
HempLife reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, HempLife grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.
YOUR USE OF THE SITE
You may not use any "deep-link", "page-scrape", "robot", "spider" or other automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the Site or any content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Site or any content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents or information through any means not purposely made available through the Site. HempLife reserves the right to bar any such activity.

You agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any transaction being conducted on the Site, or with any other person’s use of the Site.
You may not use the Site or any content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use, or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity which infringes the rights of HempLife or others.
In addition to the above, you also agree not to encourage or assist or engage others as well as yourself in transmitting, hosting, displaying, uploading, modifying, publishing transmitting, updating or sharing any information that;
In the event it is found that you are in violation of these express conditions, you shall be solely responsible and shall face all legal consequences of the same by yourself and that HempLife shall in no manner be held responsible for the same.
ACCOUNT, PASSWORD & SECURITY
Use of the Site is available only to persons who can form a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, it is assumed that only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information you hold for your account, including your password, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account as a result of your failing to keep this information secure and confidential. You agree to notify HempLife immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security. You may be held liable for losses incurred by HempLife or any other user of or visitor to the Site due to someone else using your password or account as a result of your failing to keep your account information secure and confidential.
You may not use anyone else’s password or account at any time without the express permission and consent of the holder of the respective account holder. HempLife cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & USE
HempLIfe attempts to be as accurate as possible in the description of the product on the Site. However, HempLife does not warrant that the product description, colour, information or other content of the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. The Site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. The product pictures are indicative and may not match the actual product.
HempLIfe reserves the right to correct, change or update information, errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time (including after an order has been submitted ) without prior notice. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may also relate to pricing and availability of the product or services.
The products offered on the Site are for your personal use only and will be sold to you only once you provide a valid prescription from a qualified doctor. The products which are supplied by us must not be re-sold, except when otherwise agreed to in writing.
HempLife will be selling only three bottles of 30ml each per valid prescription.
SIDE EFFECTS
In case any products that have been bought by you causes any adverse reaction or side effect or do not suit you, we request you to immediately stop consuming the same and consult a doctor. HempLife shall be selling the products that have been listed on the Site only to individuals who have a valid prescription from a qualified doctor. HempLife shall not be responsible for any acts that may occur to a third party that uses or consumes the products.
PRODUCT PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
The products sold on the Site shall be subject to the availability of the products. HempLife reserves the right to change the price of the products sold on the Site without prior notice. In the event the product you order is delayed or your order is cancelled, the same will be initiated to you on the number and email address that has been provided by you. HempLife shall not be liable to pay for any damages in such an event owing to cancellation of the order or delay in delivery.
CANCELLATION AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Any of the products that have been ordered on the Site can be cancelled within a period of 24 hours after placing the order. Any cancellation made after a period of 24 hours shall not entitle you to a full refund. Deductions will be made for handling and shipping charges prior to the refund being made. The refunded amount will be processed and credited within 7 - 10 business days.
In the event you receive damaged goods, please report the same to mail@hemplifeco.in , with proof of the same within 7 (seven working days). You will have to bear all the expenses for shipping the goods back to HempLife.

MODE OF PAYMENT
Payments for the products available on the Site may be made online only via the payment gateway. There is no COD.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
HempLife endeavours to ship your products within 7 (seven) business days via our courier partner Shiprocket. However, this may vary depending on your location and government restrictions that may be imposed.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All material and content on the Site, including but not limited to the images, illustrations and / or trademarks are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights ("Content") that are owned and controlled by HempLife or by other parties that have licensed their material to us. You are prohibited from using any Content for any purpose including, but not limited to use as meta-tags on other pages or sites on the World Wide Web without the written permission of HempLife or such third party which may own the Marks. You are prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling, licensing, creating derivative works or using any Content available on or through the Site in any way for commercial or public purposes.
REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
All information, content, materials, products (including software) and other services included on or otherwise made available to you by HempLife are provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis, unless otherwise specified in writing. HempLife makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the services, or the information, content, materials, products (including software) or other services included on or otherwise made available to you through the Site, unless otherwise specified in writing. You expressly agree that your use of the website is at your sole risk.
HempLIfe does not warrant that this Site will be constantly available, or available at all or that any information on this Site is complete, true, accurate or non-misleading.
HempLife will not be liable to you in any way or in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, the Site. HempLife will not be liable for short delivery or defective products unless a claim is notified by you in writing within 48 Hours of delivery in accordance with HempLifes Return & Exchange terms, as has been stated above.

INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold HempLife (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys fees, or arising out of or related to your breach of this Terms of Use, or your violation of the rights of a third party including but not limited to breach of any warranties, representations or undertakings or in relation to the non-fulfillment of any of your obligations under this agreement or arising out of violation of any applicable laws, regulations including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights, payment of statutory dues and taxes, claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other subscribers and infringement of intellectual property or other rights. This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of this Terms of Use.
FORCE MAJEURE
Failure on the part of HempLife to perform any of its obligations under the Terms of Use and shall not entitle you to raise any claim against HempLife or be a breach hereunder to the extent that such failure arises from an event of Force Majeure. If because of Force Majeure the fulfilment of HempLife of any obligation set forth under the Terms of Use will be delayed, the period of such delay will not be counted in computing periods prescribed in the Terms of Use. Force Majeure will include any war, civil commotion, strike, governmental action, lockout, accident, epidemic, pandemic or any other event of any nature or kind whatsoever beyond the control of HempLife that directly or indirectly hinders or prevents HempLife from commencing or proceeding with consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby. You expressly agree that lack of funds shall not in any event constitute or be considered an event of Force Majeure.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The Terms of Use shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Any dispute or difference either in interpretation or otherwise, of the Terms of Use and / or any other policies on the Site, shall be submitted to the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka.
